Knievel Motorcycles We began as an event company for Knievel. We have since evolved into a professional bike builder for celebrities and high net worth Americans. We manufacture motorcycles and export into Asia exclusively under the brand Knievel Cycles. Our Philosophy Our philosophy is to be a niche market motorcycle manufacturer, dedicated to the understanding of the wants, needs and desires of the most discriminating biker. The bike owner is the reason for the bikes existence. The bike personifies everything about the owner and the way he rides. Knievel Cycles have been building Bobbers, Cruisers and Choppers. Knievel Cycles are Production Customs In America, Knievel Cycles are in a category called Production Customs. We do not mass-produce motorcycles like BMW or Harley Davidson. We build custom styled production motorcycles by hand with the highest quality components built in the USA. As a Production Custom, we focus much more on the Aesthetics of our bikes than any of the mass producer. The Custom styling of our bikes and the personalization choices available from Knievel Cycles is not available from any mass production motorcycle company. Knievel Cycles offer engine sizes and engine performances that literally dwarf all the mass production motorcycles. These V-twin air-cooled engines look very much like Harley Davidson engine but are much more powerful. For example, the 124 cubic inch (2032 cc) engine we use in several models will produce 140 ft-pound of torque. If we compare this to BMW, the most powerful engine they produce puts out only 96 ft-pounds of torque. If we compare this to Ducati, the most powerful engine they produce puts out 98 ft-pounds of torque. Harley Davidsons, most powerful engine puts out 95 ft-pound of torque. Knievel Cycles are not racing bikes, but they are very powerful, which makes them very fun to ride. Knievel Cycles has a vast customer base To date, we have built bikes only for the American market. We cater to the high net worth niche American market. This niche market also includes professional American baseball players, American football players, and many professional sports personalities. John Paul Dejoria, founder of Paul Mitchell (the household name for hairstyling) had recently ordered 5 bikes for his marketing and advertising stints. In 2008 our bikes will be available for the international markets. Our customers are typically high net worth individuals and professionals. Price will not be the primary consideration when buying a Knievel Cycle. We also build bikes specifically for women. Our Bike's, Our Model's Our Bikes are grouped into 4 categories. * Kaptain Series. We have names for each of eight models starting with Apache and ending with Stallion for this group. This group also includes models for women. * The Signature Series is the next group, consisting of four models. Both the above-mentioned groups come fully built and equipped with very few accessories and modification needed. Every bike is unique, even if it is the same color. This is because each comes with different graphics and paint finishes. More models will be introduced with unique comfort, luxury, technical and technological improvements. * The Limited Edition bikes are built at a limited amount of 10 bikes, after which we will no longer build that model. Prices will be high and specifications of the bikes will give customers the WOW factor. Limited edition bikes (only 10 in numbers) will be introduced within the next 3-6 months with advanced technology for navigation. * Custom means we will build the bike for you and only you to meet your specifications. We will need your help with the design process but at the end you will have a one off product. It will take 6 to 9 weeks for a bike to be built in the US from the time the order is placed. Shipping time will depend on the individual countries. V-Twin American made Engines Engines are air cooled, 45 degrees V-twin, produced by S&S in USA. Available from 1200 to 2300 cc. Emissions Knievel bikes have the cleanest engine in its class. It meets all import and export emissions regulations. All parts and components from USA Established USA companies produce the bulk of the components; most of the components are designed and specified by Knievel Cycles Engineering. All components are American-made. Our bikes are 100% American - built. We do not mass-produce our bikes. Every bike is hand-built for uniqueness, class and quality. Every bike has a statement of its own. A class of its own. Sales, Service and Warranty Subject to certain conditions, all our products come with a 2-years unlimited mileage guarantee. Our products have less than 1 percent defect rate. Ordering replacements parts is not an issue, all parts are in inventory. Depending on items, the average shipping time for parts and delivery, is a maximum of 2 weeks. About our competition To-date we are one of the most exclusive brand in America. However, we are not a mass-market bike manufacturer but a niche player of strictly custom-design-and-hand built bikes. Therefore, we cannot be compared to any one of them. Conditions for Distributorship Internationally, we will be granting distributorship by countries. Each distributor must agree to have a showroom or dealers in major cities in their country. All showrooms need to be renovated, to our specifications and our corporate brand image. Our recommended size, for each showroom is 3000 sq ft. It should be located in an exclusive shopping district, or where all luxury cars and bikes showrooms are located in their country. Knievel Cycles will provide the layout of the bikes and accessories in the showrooms. The opening order, including bikes for inspections, will be 25 Bikes. This will give the showrooms the correct feel and image. One or two engineers will be required to be trained in the US for 2 weeks. Marketing and Advertising We do not foresee our distributors spending a great deal, but they are required to spend an agreed upon amount. Knievel Cycles will provide all commercials and marketing graphics materials. We require distributors to buy the printed catalogs from us. Our marketing channels will be through high-end private clubs, private banking, signature credit cards and co-branding with other exclusive brands, and exclusive magazines. Knievel Bike Clubs Our lifestyle does not end after we sell a bike. It is the beginning to many things for a Knievel bike owner. Every month, we will send you a bike magazine featuring bike news from around the world. As a member of the exclusive bike club, we plan events around the world for our members to experiences different riding and touring opportunities. Members meet regularly to enjoy bike life at the different countries and local chapters. Complementary Brands and Franchise Knievel Cycles will be developing the following 6 brands * Knievel Cycles Roadhouse-Steaks and Grill Restaurant: This is a steak house plus American-Pennsylvania cuisine. The menu is unique and cannot be found anywhere internationally. * Knievel Cycles Chill Out station. This will be a place to chill out, but we serve more than coffee and tea, we serve also American style milk shakes and custard ice cream, which will be our signature products. * Knievel Legendary Wings: A fast food restaurant featuring different American flavor of chicken, serve together with all kinds of sauces. * Knievel Outfitters: The only retails apparel brand in the world featuring American bike fashion-wear for both bikers and non bikers. * Knievel Signature Homes: A retail home store featuring the best of American style furniture, accent and home décor. * Knievel Cycles Motel and Hotel, a bike theme hotel. All the above will have a Knievel Cycles theme and feel. We are building a global brand and in a few short years, we will be an International signature branded American Motorcycle Company.
